Due to the limited nature of our merchandise and promotional package items, all sales are currently final.

We do not offer refunds on:

• Washed items
• Sale items
• Promotional bundle items
• Incorrect sizing ordered by customer

EXCHANGES
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will provide exchange instructions.

• Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect addresses entered by customer
